2. Mataki na 2 - Zaɓin Kayan Aiki

3. Mataki na 3 - Injin Daidaito

  • Niƙa CNC, juyawa, da EDM don siffar kusa-net

  • Rage damuwa ta saura don rage warwar

  • Daidaitawa tare da maƙasudin haƙuri na ƙasa

Fahimtar Masana'antu: Tsarin mold da kayan aikin sararin samaniya galibi suna buƙatar haƙurin ±0.01 mm don tabbatar da dacewa da aiki.

4. Mataki na 4 - Tsarin Gyaran Zafi

Maganin zafi yana da mahimmanci ga:

  • Inganta tauri da ƙarfi

  • Rage damuwa ta ciki da nakasa

  • Inganta juriyar lalacewa da gajiya

Tsarin Aiki Na Yau Da Kullum:

  • Zubar da Ruwa: Yana laushi ƙarfe don yin injin

  • Kashewa da Ƙarfafawa: Yana inganta tauri da ƙarfi

  • Maganin Magani & Tsufa: Gilashin aluminum na Aerospace

Muhimmin Abu: Daidaitaccen tsarin kula da zafin jiki yana hana karkacewa ko tsagewa a cikin manyan sassan.

5. Mataki na 5 - Dubawa da Gwaji

  • Duba girma (CMM, na'urar daukar hoton laser)

  • Gwajin Tauri da Tauri

  • Tabbatar da tsarin microstructure (ƙaramin aiki)

Shari'a: Sau da yawa ana gwada kayan aikin lantarki don ±0.005 mm lanƙwasa da kuma taurin maimaitawa na ±2 HRC.

6. Mataki na 6 - Daidaita Haƙuri da Daidaito

  • Kafa ma'auni marasa iyaka da kuma ma'aunin haƙuri bisa ga ƙa'idodin ISO ko ASTM

  • Tabbatar da daidaiton haɗin kai tsakanin rukuni-rukuni

  • Yi la'akari da faɗaɗa yanayin zafi da yanayin aiki a cikin tsarin haƙuri

Misali: Maƙallan sararin samaniya: ±0.01 mm; Abubuwan da aka saka a cikin mold: ±0.02 mm; Filayen hulɗa na lantarki: ±0.005 mm.

7. Mataki na 7 - Kariyar Sama da Kammalawa

  • Rufi (PVD, nitriding, anodizing) don juriya ga lalacewa

  • Kariyar kariya ko tsatsa ga mawuyacin yanayi

  • Gogewa ko lapping don cimma daidaiton ƙaiƙayi na saman

Fa'ida: Yana tsawaita rayuwar sabis, yana kiyaye daidaiton girma, kuma yana tabbatar da ingantaccen aiki a cikin aikace-aikace masu mahimmanci.
